How much does counselling cost?
A free introductory consultation lasts 20 minutes. A 50-minute session costs £50, or a block of five 50-minute sessions costs £200.
Is everything confidential?
What you share is treated with care and confidentiality. Before we begin, I will explain how confidentiality works and the rare situations in which I may need to seek further support to help keep someone safe.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed number. We will review what feels helpful as we work together and agree what best supports your goals.
Do you work online?
Yes. Sessions are currently offered remotely, making support accessible wherever you are.
Do you work with children and young people?
I have experience supporting teenagers and their families in a secondary-school setting. Please get in touch to discuss whether this service is the right fit for a young person.
